Greenies
(very appropriate for St. Patty's Day)

1 white cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1/4 cup oil
1 1/4 cup water
2 eggs well beaten
Mix 2 mins and add:
1 cap full mint flavoring
1/2 pkg semi sweet choc chips
green food coloring

Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins.
